Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Runnur, the app and website made by Runnur Labs. By creating an account or using Runnur you agree to them. If you downloaded Runnur from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Not medical advice

Runnur is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any injury or condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Its measurements are estimates from phone video and motion sensors and can be wrong. Suggestions about form, drills or training load are general information only. Talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before changing your training because of pain or injury, and stop running and get help if something hurts. You run at your own risk.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Runnur, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account.

Your content

You own the videos, recordings and notes you add. You give Runnur Labs permission to store and process them only to provide Runnur to you. Only upload footage of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Runnur: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

Runnur is currently free. We work to keep it running and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut Runnur down we'll give you notice and a way to download your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Runnur Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from training decisions you make using Runnur. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
